Inspiring a Love of Reading
Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is dedicated to inspiring a love of reading by gifting books free of charge to children from birth to age five, through funding shared by Dolly Parton and local community partners in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and Republic of Ireland.
The Henderson Kentucky Education Foundation is pleased to announce its affiliation with Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library!
The Dolly Parton Foundation provides free age-appropriate books and the Henderson Kentucky Education Foundation locally supports the program and pays shipping costs to local homes. There are currently close to 1,400 children in Henderson County participating in this early literacy program and our goal is to increase participants throughout the year! If you have an infant or toddler, please go to the website listed below to enroll them today!
